1. Our Services
Myrtle Beach Sport Fishing offers inshore, offshore, and Gulf Stream fishing charters, shark charters, and sightseeing cruises operating out of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. Trip descriptions, durations, capacities, and prices are listed on our website and are subject to change and availability.
2. Bookings, Deposits, and Payments
- Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or as otherwise arranged with us.
- A deposit may be required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due as stated at the time of booking.
- Prices, included items (state and federal licenses, rods, reels, bait, and ice), and add-on fees (such as fish cleaning) are described on our website.
- You are responsible for providing accurate booking and contact information.
3. Cancellations, Weather, and Refunds
- Weather and safety: The captain has sole discretion to delay, shorten, reschedule, or cancel a trip for safety, weather, or sea conditions. If we cancel a trip because it is unsafe or not fishable, we will reschedule at no charge or refund your deposit in full.
- Guest cancellations: Cancellation and rescheduling terms (including deposit refundability and notice periods) are as disclosed at the time of booking. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel.
- No-shows and late arrivals may result in a shortened trip or forfeiture of your deposit.
4. Conduct, Safety, and Assumption of Risk
- Fishing charters and cruises involve inherent risks, including those associated with boating, weather, sea conditions, and being on the water. By booking and participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks for yourself and your party.
- All guests must follow the captain’s and crew’s instructions at all times. For safety, the captain may refuse service to, or remove from the vessel, any person who is intoxicated, disruptive, or unsafe, without refund.
- You are responsible for the conduct of everyone in your party, including any minors.
5. Licenses, Catch, and Regulations
- Required state and federal fishing licenses are covered under our charter license for everyone aboard.
- All fishing is subject to applicable federal and South Carolina regulations, including size, season, and bag limits. We comply with these regulations, and catch cannot be guaranteed.
6. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text (SMS/MMS) messages from Myrtle Beach Sport Fishing, LLC (the Program Name for these Terms).
- Program description: Messages may include booking confirmations, trip reminders, schedule and weather updates, availability, customer service replies, and — where you have agreed — occasional promotions.
- Consent: You consent to receive messages at the number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
